2018 PNW Bucket List Dashpoint Beach

2018 Family Friendly PNW Bucket List

“I am exactly where I am supposed to be.”

Since moving to Washington State last year, I have had this feeling over and over again. I am in constant awe of the beauty this little corner of the world has to offer. The height of the trees still amazes me every day. The morning fog and moss covered houses still remind me of a fairy tale. The ability to stand on a beach and stare at the mountains with the ocean at my back still takes my breath away.

When we got here last February I was near then end of my pregnancy with Loxley, so a good part of the year was spent at home, either pregnant or dealing with a newborn. We didn’t get to do as much exploring as we wanted to, so this year we are changing that.

There are plenty of lists out there of places to see in the Pacific Northwest, just type in “PNW Visit” into Pinterest and you’ll see what I mean. Since we are a family a four, and half of our tribe is still trying to master walking, I needed to narrow down the list of places we could go.
